noble gases in group 18

The noble gases do not form chemical bonds because all of their shells are filled. When a noble gas does not form that is because all of their shells are filled and don't need any other element. All of them in group 18 are the same. Since they are all the same they do not need no other element. They can only combine with each other and that is why they are a group.
